1 in 4 drunk drivers in Colorado doesn't have a license [includes illegal aliens]

On March 24, 40-year-old [illegal alien] Ever Olivos Gutierrez drove drunk without a license and killed 17-year-old Juan Carlos Dominguez-Palomino. That same night, 10 more drivers in Colorado also drove drunk without a license, according to data from most of Colorado.

9NEWS, together with I-News at Rocky Mountain PBS, found a large number of people who get DUIs shouldn't have been on the road to begin with.

If Denver is similar to the rest of Colorado, it means of the roughly 59,000 DUIs issued in Colorado in 2012 and 2013, 14,000 people did not have a license ... In more than 3,000 cases, the driver had his or her license revoked because of a past DUI or DWAI conviction ...
