A striking number of the bodies belonged to pregnant women. Why would that be, I wonder?.
 
if you discount some for the tabloid Daily Mail’s natural preference for the picturesque, it’s plain that the biggest cohort of caravanners are unattached young men, a lot of them sporting tattoos....
 
 
This business of shepherding Central Americans up through Mexico in caravans to the U.S. border has been going on for fifteen years....
