California is leading the way in financial assistance to illegal aliens; aiding those illegal aliens to remain in the United States. This is, of course, illegal. Title 8 United States Code Section 1324, Bringing In and Harboring Certain Aliens, prohibits such action, either by a State or a private party. And direct financial assistance, cash money, is the clearest violation of the statute, and for our purposes the most flagrant violation of the statute. Case law is quite clear that even renting a room to an illegal alien is a violation of the statute. And this case is quite clear on the facts.  The State of California, at the direction of Governor Gavin Newsom, and various private persons and corporations, are providing the funds with the private persons and corporations administering the funds, i.e. giving the money directing to persons they know or have reason to know are illegal aliens....

This is important, as the statute requires either knowledge of or acting in reckless disregard of the fact that the person they are aiding is an illegal alien.
 
    (iv)encourages or induces an alien to come to, enter, or reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such coming to, entry, or residence is or will be in violation of law; or
    (v)
    (I)engages in any conspiracy to commit any of the preceding acts, or
    (II)aids or abets the commission of any of the preceding acts,

Of note is that for each illegal alien aided, Governor Newsom and various co-conspirators are liable for up to a five year sentence for each illegal alien involved. ...
 
The primary co-conspirator is a new organization, created directly to aid illegal aliens and is funded by the Tech Tyrants, including Mark Zuckerberg, which makes him legally liable as well....
