Authorities say a man who led them on a 75-mile high-speed chase is a felon who had been deported.

Suspect Arrested Numerous Times

The CALL7 investigators obtained his criminal record and confirmed he has a total of 11 aliases since his first arrest in Colorado in 2003. That is when he was arrested for driving under the influence. He was arrested for domestic violence three years later.  And he was found guilty twice, for felony criminal impersonation.

7NEWS checked with ICE -- U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement -- about what can be done to keep someone like Vasquez-Lugan from illegally re-entering the country again. They told us depending on the severity of his crime when he was last deported, he could get up to 20 years in prison instead.
