Illegal Aliens have Limited Rights under the Constitution

In an interesting but quite reasonable ruling, the 10th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals in Denver ruled that illegal aliens do not have a right to own firearms in the United States. Thus, illegal aliens have only limited protection under the US Constitution.

Looking back at the massive May illegal alien rallys in the 2005-2006 timefrime, the predominant messages being delivered via show of force were that illegal aliens have the right to work in the US and that they have intrinsic "immigrant rights" which parallel the rights granted to US Citizens under the Constitution. Turns out it just ain't so.

As I have observed in the past, the one salient right illegal aliens do have is to be treated humanely as they are returned to their home countries to reunite with their families.
