When hundreds of immigrant workers were flooded out of their trailers and apartments near Greeley and Evans this summer the American Red Cross was there to help — with a good partner.

The Mexican Consulate in Denver helped with interpreters and with links to aid from the Mexican government for flood victims who are Mexican citizens.

Now, the Red Cross and the consulate are formalizing their partnership by signing a Memorandum of Understanding ...
