... Indians who have been in the United States on H-1b Non-Immigrant Visas (NIV) more than a decade, a visa with a legally binding six year maximum in the United States, are complaining about having to follow the rules after years of kid gloves. The Trump Administration has decided to take their campaign against the H-1b to that of bureaucratic delay, combined with forcing Indians to go back to India to renew their visas. Shock, Indians don’t like being stuck in India. It’s a shithole...

They don’t like the scrutiny because of their anti-White racism and anti-Americanism expressed on social media and their fraudulent diplomas from Indian universities...

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is also helping by denying entry to fraudulently obtained H-1b NIVs and those engaged in anti-White and anti-American activity on the internet...

It is about time, though I think the Trump Administration would be better off just issuing regulations that restrict H-1bs to those earning over $200,000 per year, completely eliminating about 75-90% of H-1bs, returning to the original intent of the visa to supplement American workers with the highly skilled, rather than the cheapest workers...

President Trump can act unilaterally, he can place restrictions on the renewal of H-1bs under authority granted to him in section 212(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), which gives him the authority to restrict entry of any class of aliens. All he has to do is issue an executive order restricting the renewal of H-1bs to one initial issuance for three years and one renewal for three years, then the alien must leave the United States.

President Trump can act, he must act.
