Earlier this week, we reported on accusations that Google is in cahoots with the Clinton campaign. Now, an explosive video from SourceFed claims that the company – which holds a virtual monopoly on search – is actively altering search recommendations in favour of the presumptive Democratic nominee.

In the video, SourceFed shows that searches for “Hillary Clinton cri” autocomplete to “Hillary Clinton crime bill,” “Hillary Clinton crisis,” and “Hillary Clinton crime bill 1994.”

Why does this matter? Well, if you compare it to the autocomplete results in competing search engines Bing and Yahoo, the first results are “Hillary Clinton criminal prosecution,” “Hillary Clinton crime,” and “Hillary Clinton criminal investigation.”

This is unlikely to be a coincidence...

“The intention is clear” says SourceFed’s Matt Lieberman. “Google is burying potential searches for terms that could have hurt Hillary Clinton in the primary elections over the past several months by manipulating recommendations on their site.”

SourceFed also searched for negative terms associated with Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders, including “Donald Trump rac” and “Bernie Sanders soc.” In these cases, Google recommended “Donald Trump racist” and “Bernie Sanders socialist” — just like Bing and Yahoo.

“Google’s bias here is undeniable” says Lieberman.

The video goes on to draw attention to Google CEO Eric Schmidt’s ties to the Clinton campaign, as well as the current Democratic administration — something Breitbart Tech also highlighted in our article earlier this week...

Google Suppressing Pat Buchanan, Steve Sailer, VDare, January 22, 2010:

The main Google searchbox on Google.com has a feature where if you start typing a phrase it tries to anticipate what you have in mind and offer the complete phrase in a drop down pick list based on what other users have asked...

Of course, Google can`t (yet?) delete Pat Buchanan from their main search engine, just from the prompts...

It`s the sheer pettiness of Google going to the trouble of banning Pat Buchanan from its little prompting feature, one of its least important, that is so amusing and eye-opening...

So, somebody at Google is doing this intentionally. To repeat, this one example isn`t at all important — what`s striking is the mindless animus of somebody at Google that would lead to going to all the trouble of doing such a trivial thing.

And because Google is so close to being a monopoly, it`s crucial that the public monitor abuses by Google stemming from Google`s not exactly subtle political biases, such as this silly little thing or the more serious annihilation of Mangan's blog in November (which was rectified after many complaints)...

Google involved with Clinton campaign, controls information flow – Assange, RT, June 7, 2016:

American tech giant Google is closely cooperating with Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign to promote the candidate, WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange said in a televised address to an international media forum.

Assange believes that unlike Donald Trump, Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is predictable and will constitute a problem for freedom of speech in the US if elected.

“Of course she when she is in power… She is a problem for freedom of speech,” the whistleblower said. "We know what she is going to do. And she made the chart for the destruction of Libya, she was involved in the process of taking the Libyan armory and sending it to Syria."

“Google is heavily integrated with Washington power, at personal level and at business level… Google, which has increasing control over the distribution channels,… is intensely allying itself with the US exceptionalism,” Assange said, speaking in a video link from the Ecuadorian embassy in London...

Assange is far from the only one to notice the link between Google and the Clinton campaign. Behavioral Psychologist Dr. Robert Epstein has pioneered research on how search engines affect elections and much more. He told Lee Camp, host of RT America’s ‘Redacted Tonight’, that “when one candidate is higher in search rankings ‒ that is, looks better than another candidate in search rankings ‒ that shifts a lot of votes to that candidate. And it’s not a tiny number. It’s a very, very big number of votes.”

Facebook Deletes Pamela Geller’s ‘Stop Islamization Of America’ Page After Orlando Attack, Breitbart, June 12, 2016.

Facebook isn’t the only platform that appears to be targeting critics of Islam. Reddit is also in the midst of a censorship controversy. Moderators of /r/News, the site’s primary discussion board for breaking news, went on a censorship spree following the Orlando shootings, deleting posts linking the shooter to Islam, as well as hundreds of comments — including one that offered Orlando residents advice on how to donate blood to survivors.

CAIRCO Note

I do IT software engineering, web design, and video editing. Several years ago, Google surreptitiously removed dozens of one of my well-known client's educational videos from Youtube. No notice or explanation was provided. All of these videos had one thing in common: they focused on immigration law enforcement and the responsibility of government to secure our borders.

After endless complaints, culminating with a registered letter to Google corporate, the videos were restored. No notice or explanation of any kind was ever provided.
