Testifying in front of the Senate Judiciary Committee Tuesday, Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson explained that although the Department has a number of violent criminal aliens in custody, they haven't been deported. 

Criminal illegal alien and gang member Jesus Rangel-Hernandez, who was scheduled for deportation but saved at the last minute by President Obama's DACA program, has been charged with four counts of first-degree murder in North Carolina.
