Lindsey Graham said as the Senate Judiciary Committee prepared to vote on embattled Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh. But on Kavanaugh, Graham said that the intense scrutiny on the nominee has hasn't turned up a portrait of the judge as a "gang rapist." "We didn't miss it; it's a bunch of garbage."
