Countdown to Oligarchy

America has not been a constitutional republic based on the consent of the governed for many years. It has, in fact, been a thinly disguised oligarchy, dominated by ruling class elites in the media, in academia, both political parties in government (where politicians freely make promises to voters but find it easy to evade and ignore), the bureaucracy, the deep state (including the intelligence agencies), corporations, Silicon Valley, and other centers of influence....

Oligarchy is not a permanent; it too is subject to regime change. It can become a democracy, or it can become a tyranny if one or a small segment of the oligarchs becomes predominant in wealth and power. In the near future, the latter prospect is most likely.

Government by design is structured as a top down system of class, with the common people always being at the bottom of the hierarchy.... Never in the history of this country have so many been controlled by so few, all with only a modicum of resistance....

What has happened to date has set the stage for extreme totalitarian rule. Those of us willing to speak out and disobey any government orders have now been put on notice that we are the enemies of the state....

It is imperative to understand that none of this is accidental or natural, it is the result of long-term planning, all purposely designed and implemented as a strategy meant to create and sustain a “Great Reset;” a complete restructuring of all economic and monetary systems worldwide with the singular goal of global dominance by the few....

In a nutshell, the difference is that in a Republic the minions retained to operate the machinery are bound by a strict set of theoretically unbreakable rules while in a democracy they have excuses to do whatever they want to do — or are campaign-bribed and lobbied to do.... At that point as Samuel Clemens observed long ago, “No man’s life, liberty or property are safe while the legislature is in session.”

Democrats love public-private partnerships and they outsourced political repression to the private sector. The Constitution has inconvenient things to say about freedom of speech and so the Democrat government of elected and unelected officials outsourced the problem of censoring and suppressing speech to the handful of Big Tech monopolies of the internet.

That same old document written by old white dead men, not to mention centuries of jurisprudence and tradition, prevents the government from kicking down your door in the middle of the night for wrongthink. But nothing keeps corporations from firing you for wrongthink, for being related to someone who committed wrongthink, or for insufficient political correctness.

Where others see despair, I see a crucible, something that will pave the way for a true national rebirth. We are the heirs of those who endured Valley Forge. Greatness can emerge only from struggle.

With its absurd talk of “insurrection” and ludicrously obvious double standards, the Ruling Class has designated tens of millions of deplorables as something less than citizens, people outside respectable society.

It’s a mistake. Our rulers need us. We don’t need them....

But in the end, no matter what we do, millions of Americans are about to feel the iron boot of repression... Nevertheless, my guess is a lot of us are going to look at each other, as American patriots did after George III responded to their Olive Branch Petition by declaring them traitors subject to the death penalty, and conclude that whatever our differences, “Now we will all hang together, or most assuredly we shall all hang separately.” (See Benjamin Franklin in the clip.)...

Jake Sullivan, Biden’s choice for national security adviser, has said the president-elect asked him to “reimagine national security” to include “threats to democracy, racial justice, and inequality in all forms.”

Would you like to know the real reason for the deep, unfathomable, uncontrollable hatred and rage that these people have for Donald Trump?

It is acceptable practice for any politician and bureaucrat to criticize things that happen within the Washington, D.C., sandbox in which these people play. But woe to the politician or bureaucrat who challenges the sandbox itself. He is toast... No president since John Kennedy has dared to do that.

Trump had committed the mortal sin of any national-security state — he had questioned the system itself. He had to go. They have to send a message that this type of thing will never be permitted again....

And Occam’s Razor tells me the United States is turning into a near clone of the People’s Republic of China.

That’s not communism in the traditional sense. Karl Marx wouldn’t recognize it, not that what he had on offer was any better. For China, the word communism is a kind of paleo-virtue signaling.

What China actually is (and where the United States is headed or has already arrived) is a form of oligarchic fascism. The capitalist market’s fine as long as it’s my capitalist market and you’re a member of my party.

Communist Party, Democratic Party, what difference does it make? As long as it’s ONE PARTY. And we’re in charge. The state über alles.

So forget about personal liberty and free expression and brush up your “social credit score.” Learn to be obedient, if you wish to survive.

Whether Big Media, academia, large corporations, and Biden supporters are aware of their future is unclear. Many, for the time being, seem to be falling in line. They are voluntarily complying. This is evident by announcements of their refusal to do business with those that do not cooperate with the new political order. Democrats have announced a new war on domestic terrorism. Sounds good until you realize the enemy are all those Trump supporters. Liberals are demanding deprogramming of conservatives. It makes further central government directives unnecessary. They have created the hate, and it has blossomed. Many on the left have not understood that their progressivism was a required prerequisite for what is to come. It is only a minor turn for what Democrats and the CCP are planning…a totalitarian, secular, socialist society using political, social, and financial coercion within a new world order of which China will be pre-eminent....

Fascism is the system of government that cartelizes the private sector, centrally plans the economy to subsidize producers, exalts the police state as the source of order, denies fundamental rights and liberties to individuals, and makes the executive state the unlimited master of society.

This describes mainstream politics in America today. And not just in America. It’s true in Europe, too. It is so much part of the mainstream that it is hardly noticed anymore....
