The Red and Green Subversive Machine
The Red-Green alliance is an alliance between Leftist Communists and Islam. In his 2019 book, The Red-Green Axis 2.0: An Existential Threat to America and the World, James Simpson writes that:
Red-Green Axis is a collusion between the Democratic Party, American Communists, Socialists and other brands of "progressives", i.e., the Red, and the forces of the Islamic jihad, the Green - so named because the color green carries much symbolism in Islam, and most Muslim nations feature green in flags, emblems, and other identifiers. Its collective goal is to alter and undermine our national character, traditions, and laws so much that it can overthrow our Constitutional republican form of government without firing a shot.
Operating under the premise of "The enemy of my enemy is my friend", the alliance between Communists and Islam strives to leverage mutual efforts to subvert America and Western Civilization. However, as history has repeatedly demonstrated, once Islam conquers a nation, it exhibits lethal intolerance for Kafirs and former non-Islamic allies.
While the third edition, The Red/Green Axis 3.0: America Wake Up or Be Destroyed, was recently published on September 11, 2026, this review focuses on the second edition of James Simpson's book.
Investigative journalist James Simpson does an excellent job of explaining how the Left has used mass immigration as a subversive tool to fragment America. While he discusses the concept of the Red-Green alliance, he does not deeply examine the motivations of Islamists in partnering with Leftists who are seemingly at odds with the agenda of achieving a global Caliphate. Immigration and diversity
The Left's goal to build a "permanent progressive majority" ruling class.
Simpson explains the dogma of diversity by asking:
But is diversity really our strength? Anyone who has to deal with our increasingly "diverse" society up close knows it isn't. It is a major weakness...
Diversity will slowly give the Left the one-party state it seeks if it isn't stopped. Diversity is indeed their strength. And it is so because
Demographics is Destiny...
... the Left has gradually been importing enough people to permanently change voting demographics in its favor...
Consider that we now know the illegal population exceeds 20 million and could be as high as 30 million or more. That translates to 14-20 million new Democrats.
Simpson notes that we are importing about 400,000 per year from communist and Muslim nations, and that we now have 40,000 Chinese agents and spies in America. Even Texas is now a minority majority state.
How did this happen? This great replacement began when the 1965 Immigration Act opened the floodgates to third-world immigration.
Simpson remarks on the irony of UN population stabilization goals, observing that:
Over the past 50 years, the UN has devoted extensive resources to promoting population control. Educated Westerners listened and today this demographic is reproducing barely at replacement rates. We all thought this was the point. But now the UN is promoting what it calls "replacement migration."...
The entire illegal alien/refugee/asylum agenda must be viewed as a UN-inspired plan aimed at the West, especially America, to erase borders and dilute Western culture through mass immigration from the world’s failed nations. The goal is to gradually turn America into a minority majority nation, with third-world minorities that do not share our culture, our Judeo-Christian heritage, or interest in a society based on constitutional principles and the rule of law, but who will instead ignorantly vote to elect Americans who promise endless benefits without understanding that in reality these politicians have committed themselves to the destruction of America as we know it.
Agenda of Islam
Muslims represent only 1 percent of the U.S. population, yet Islam's agenda is aggressively promoted by organizations of the Left, ranging from education to Hollywood. This Leftist-Islam alliance effectively multiplies the agenda of Islam in America.
Regarding the Islamic agenda of conquest, Simpson writes:
as Center for Security Policy President Frank Gaffney noted: While the interfaith dialogue movement presents itself as a laudable effort to 'bridge' the distance between faiths, those more familiar with the doctrine of the Muslim Brotherhood know that the actual agenda of too many such efforts is, in fact, modeled after the well-known dictum of Sayyid Qutb, who candidly reminded Muslims that such a 'bridge' is 'only so that the people of Jahiliyyah [society of unbelievers] may come over to Islam.
The Cloward Piven strategy
Simpson documents how the ACLU and SPLC have relentlessly chipped away at our freedoms for decades. Interestingly, SPLC co-founder Julian Bond and Herbert Marcuse were close associates. Marcuse and Frankfurt School Marxists developed Critical Theory, a tool used to deconstruct the West through constant criticism. Bond joined the Democratic Socialist Organizing Committee in 1970, which has become Democratic Socialists of America.
Simpson discusses the Cloward-Piven Strategy, writing that:
Richard Cloward and Frances Fox Piven, penned a now notorious article for Nation magazine titled "The Weight of the Poor; A Strategy to End Poverty." Cloward and Piven, both radical Socialists, opined that forcing as many people as possible onto the welfare rolls would create "a profound financial and political crisis," that would drive state and local governments to financial ruin. It came to be known as the Cloward-Piven Crisis Strategy...
He also notes that Cloward and Piven also promoted for ten years the National Voter Registration Act (also known as "Motor Voter"), signed by President Clinton in 1993, which has become a stepping-stone to election fraud and allowing illegal aliens to vote.
What is to be done?
Simpson writes that:
The Red-Green Axis immigration agenda is one dimension of the deliberate crisis being foisted on our nation. It cannot be separated from the others as they are all dedicated in one way or another to our nation's downfall. The target is national sovereignty and rule-of-law, to be replaced with a totalitarian one, whether of the secular or Islamic variety.
He then emphasizes that:
The current immigration agenda, however, guarantees victory for our enemies because demographics is destiny.
Simpson states that the following steps must be taken:
- Legal immigration must be drastically reduced to less than 150,000 per year. Legal immigration, which currently brings in over 1 million immigrants annually, will ultimate dictate a leftist political majority.
- Taxpayer and private foundation money feeding anti-American organizations must be curtailed.
- Abolish the current refugee resettlement system.
- Remove unethical judges.
- Extinguish the Red-Green Axis's efforts to criminalize speech as "hate speech".
- Our education system must begin the long task of reeducating our young, who have long been led down the path of Socialism.
Simpson concludes:
Ironically, the Red-Green Axis agenda is ultimately self-defeating. If they achieve their objectives, the golden goose of American prosperity will be killed. Because the world economy is dependent on American markets and is buoyed by American productivity and affluence, the entire world will be plunged into an unprecedented depression that few will survive.
But from the perspective of leftists, that's exactly what they want: the opportunity to rebuild their Communist utopia upon the ashes of Western Civilization.
And that's precisely what Islamists want: the opportunity to violently turn the rubble of Western Civilization into a global Islamic caliphate.
Western Civilization is on a self-destructive course, fueled by the agenda of the Red-Green Alliance. Our opportunity and immediate challenge is to fight this unholy alliance.
